Live event drones in Chattanooga
This page is for event producers, promoters and venues planning a live event in Chattanooga. We fly concerts, festivals, parades, arena shows, races and brand activations, with drone feeds sent live to screens, the stream or a broadcast truck, plus fast edits for social. For homes, tourism and general aerials see our Chattanooga, TN drone videographer page, and for one-take fly-throughs see our Chattanooga, TN FPV drone pilot page.
Erlanger Park ballpark nights
Our crew flew live drone feeds for TV and the video board for the Atlanta Braves at Truist Park. Erlanger Park, the Chattanooga Lookouts' new ballpark, opened in April 2026 in the South Broad District and seats 8,032 for baseball, and we bring live-feed work there only with the venue's approval and a plan with the team's production crew. See Live drone feeds for video boards and Concert and festival FPV drones across the US.
Riverfront festivals and races
The Walnut Street Bridge links downtown to the North Shore, and festivals, trail races and river events are planned from agreed launch spots inside the organizer's production plan. Flying directly over an open crowd is only allowed when the drone and the operation meet FAA rules for flying over people, so otherwise we keep flight paths over the stage, closed areas and open lanes.
Parks and airspace
Parts of Lookout Mountain are in Chickamauga and Chattanooga National Military Park, which bans drones on its land without the superintendent's written approval. Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport, Lovell Field, 5 miles east of downtown, has a control tower, so some addresses need LAANC. We check every Chattanooga location on the FAA sectional, B4UFLY and NOTAMs before quoting, and file LAANC or FAA authorization for any address that needs it.
Tennessee event drone law
A Tennessee law that took effect July 1, 2026 makes it a Class A misdemeanor to fly within 400 feet of or above a gated, ticketed music, sports or performing arts event without consent from whoever has authority over it, with exceptions including FAA-authorized operators flying lawfully. We get that consent in writing before every show.

FAQs
Does Tennessee law limit drones at ticketed shows?
Yes. A state law in effect since July 1, 2026 bars flights within 400 feet of a gated ticketed event without consent from whoever controls it, so we get written consent first.
Can you fly drones at Erlanger Park?
Only with the venue's approval and a plan with the team's production crew. We agree launch spots and live-feed format before game night.
Can you fly over Lookout Mountain?
Not over the national military park without the superintendent's written approval. Private attractions set their own rules, so we confirm each site first.
Can you send a live drone feed to screens or a stream?
Yes. We send live drone video to LED screens, the livestream or a broadcast truck, and agree the format and cue points with your production team before show day.
What insurance do you carry?
Our standard policy is $10M liability, with optional coverage up to $25M when a venue, league or network requires it. Certificates naming your venue or production are issued before the shoot.
