ABOUT OUR FAA WAIVER CONSULTING
FAA Part 107 waiver and authorization consulting.
Air Views Media holds some of the most difficult authorizations the FAA grants. We help commercial operators, production companies and organizations pursue the same approvals, drawing on the waivers we've obtained and flown under ourselves.

§107.31: beyond visual line of sight (BVLOS)
-
§107.35: operation of multiple aircraft by a single remote pilot

§107.39: operation over people

§107.145: operations over moving vehicles
Specialized airspace
We also have experience with Special Governmental Interest (SGI) authorizations for time-sensitive, short-notice operations, and with flying inside VIP and presidential TFRs, coordinated directly with the United States Secret Service. For the FIFA Fan Festival in Atlanta during the 2026 World Cup, we cleared permissions with more than seven organizations, including the FAA, FBI, GWCC, DHS and FIFA, and flew aerial coverage inside the TFR. Blue UAS Drones for Government and Secure Sites
For jobs that require a US-compliant drone, Air Views Media can deploy Blue UAS drones: the Skydio X10 with the VT300-Z REV2 camera system. That covers space centers, US government agencies, military and federal facilities, and any client whose security rules limit which aircraft can fly on site. Tell us your site's requirements when you request a quote, and we'll put together a crew and aircraft that meet them.
What a consultation covers
Waiver strategy and application, safety case and operational documentation, complex operations such as BVLOS, flight over people and moving vehicles, and multiple aircraft under one pilot, plus high-security airspace, including SGI requests and restricted, VIP and presidential airspace. Air Views Media is based in Augusta, Georgia.
