Jacksonville, FL Live Event and Concert Drones

Live event drones in Jacksonville

This page is for event producers, promoters and venues planning a live event in Jacksonville. We fly concerts, festivals, parades, arena shows, races and brand activations, with drone feeds sent live to screens, the stream or a broadcast truck, plus fast edits for social. For homes, tourism and general aerials see our Jacksonville, FL drone videographer page, and for one-take fly-throughs see our Jacksonville, FL FPV drone pilot page.

EverBank Stadium during the rebuild

EverBank Stadium is in its Stadium of the Future renovation, and the Jaguars list a reduced 2026 capacity of 42,507, including 1,260 standing-room spots. The team plays away from Jacksonville in 2027 while work continues, with the renovated stadium set for 2028, and the Gators and Bulldogs rivalry game moved to Atlanta in 2026 and Tampa in 2027 before its planned return in 2028. We plan stadium-area events around the construction, the venue's rules and FAA stadium restrictions.

City park events

Events in Jacksonville city parks with 50 or more people, public access, amplified sound, special equipment, fees or alcohol need a JaxParks Special Use Permit. We ask organizers to include drone use in that permit and agree launch spots, and we never fly at Kathryn Abbey Hanna Park, which its rules call a no-drone zone.

Live feeds and recaps

We send live drone video to IMAG screens, the stream or a broadcast truck, and cut short edits for social the same night; see Live drone feeds for video boards and Concert and festival FPV drones across the US.

Florida drone laws

Florida's drone privacy law protects people on private property who cannot be seen from the ground, so we keep neighbors out of frame or get their consent. Flying directly over an open crowd is only allowed when the drone and the operation meet FAA rules for flying over people, so otherwise we keep flight paths over the stage, closed areas and open lanes.

FAQs

Can you fly at EverBank Stadium events?

Only as part of an approved production and outside FAA stadium restrictions. The stadium is under renovation, so we also plan around construction areas.

Do Jacksonville park events need a permit for drones?

Park events with 50 or more people, amplified sound or fees need a JaxParks Special Use Permit, and we ask organizers to include drone use in it.

Can you fly a drone at Hanna Park?

No. Kathryn Abbey Hanna Park rules call it a no-drone zone, so we film beach events elsewhere or launch outside the park where allowed.

Can you send a live drone feed to screens or a stream?

Yes. We send live drone video to LED screens, the livestream or a broadcast truck, and agree the format and cue points with your production team before show day.

What insurance do you carry?

Our standard policy is $10M liability, with optional coverage up to $25M when a venue, league or network requires it. Certificates naming your venue or production are issued before the shoot.
