Live event drones in Orlando
This page is for event producers, promoters and venues planning a live event in Orlando. We fly concerts, festivals, parades, arena shows, races and brand activations, with drone feeds sent live to screens, the stream or a broadcast truck, plus fast edits for social. For homes, tourism and general aerials see our Orlando drone videography page.
Warped Tour and festival broadcasts
Our crew flew drones for the Vans Warped Tour live broadcast on Prime Video in Orlando, working inside the festival's production plan with the broadcast director. Festival broadcasts need fixed cue points, safe launch zones and clean handoffs between drone and ground cameras, and we agree all three before gates open. Flying directly over an open crowd is only allowed when the drone and the operation meet FAA rules for flying over people, so otherwise we keep flight paths over the stage, closed areas and open lanes.
Kia Center and Inter.co Stadium
Kia Center, the city-owned downtown arena and home of the Magic, took that name in December 2023 after years as Amway Center. Inter.co Stadium, home of Orlando City and the Orlando Pride, opened in 2017 and took its current name on July 23, 2026. We fly both only with the venue's approval. Indoor flights at the arena need the venue's approval and a flight plan agreed with production, security and the lighting crew, and we fly small, lightweight drones close to the action. See Live drone feeds for video boards and Concert and festival FPV drones across the US.
Theme park airspace
A permanent FAA flight restriction prohibits all aircraft, including drones, within 3 nautical miles of Walt Disney World from the surface up to 3,000 feet, and a waiver needs a letter from the park verifying the operational purpose. Orlando International sits inside Class B airspace. We check every Orlando location on the FAA sectional, B4UFLY and NOTAMs before quoting, and file LAANC or FAA authorization for any address that needs it.
Florida drone law
Florida Statute 330.41 bars drone flights over critical infrastructure such as substations, water plants, seaports, airports and military sites unless the flight is a commercial one that follows FAA rules or the owner consents in writing, and it bars flights over K-12 schools, so we plan routes around both. Florida state parks prohibit drone takeoff and landing on park land, so we launch from outside the park.

FAQs
Can you fly a drone at an event near Walt Disney World?
Not within 3 nautical miles of the park below 3,000 feet. A permanent FAA restriction covers that area, and a waiver needs a letter from the park.
Can you fly at Inter.co Stadium events?
Only with the venue's approval as part of the event production, with launch spots and a flight plan agreed with production and security.
Are there Florida laws on where drones can fly?
Yes. Florida law bars flights over critical infrastructure such as substations, seaports and military sites unless the flight is a commercial one that follows FAA rules or the owner consents, and it bars flights over K-12 schools.
Can you send a live drone feed to screens or a stream?
Yes. We send live drone video to LED screens, the livestream or a broadcast truck, and agree the format and cue points with your production team before show day.
What insurance do you carry?
Our standard policy is $10M liability, with optional coverage up to $25M when a venue, league or network requires it. Certificates naming your venue or production are issued before the shoot.
