FPV drone pilot in Jacksonville
We fly FPV and small cinewhoop drones in Jacksonville for sports and concert content, venue fly-throughs, boats and brand launches. FPV adds close, fast, continuous moves that a standard camera drone cannot get, flown by pilots who rehearse each line first. For general aerials, homes and events see our Jacksonville, FL drone videographer page.
Stadium district venues
Daily's Place, the covered amphitheater beside the stadium, holds about 5,500, and VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena hosts concerts and sports nearby. Indoor flights at either venue need the venue's approval and a flight plan agreed with production, security and the lighting crew, and we fly small, lightweight drones close to the action. See Indoor arena FPV drones.
Downtown festivals
The Jacksonville Jazz Festival fills downtown over Memorial Day weekend, and the 2026 festival ran May 21 to 24. Free public festivals still run under the organizer's permits, so we fly only with the organizer's approval and keep away from open crowds unless FAA rules for flying over people are met.
Florida drone laws
Florida Statute 330.41 bars drone flights over critical infrastructure such as substations, water plants, seaports, airports and military sites unless the flight is a commercial one that follows FAA rules or the owner consents in writing, and it bars flights over K-12 schools, so we plan routes around both. Florida's drone privacy law protects people on private property who cannot be seen from the ground, so we keep neighbors out of frame or get their consent.
