Clarksville
FPV drone pilot in Clarksville
We fly FPV and small cinewhoop drones in Clarksville for campus and riverfront content, venue and office fly-throughs, festival FPV and brand films. FPV adds close, fast, continuous moves that a standard camera drone cannot get, flown by pilots who rehearse each line first. For general aerials, homes and events see our Clarksville, TN drone videographer page.
Festivals and campus events
Our crew flew drones inside Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle to film Paramore's 2023 show. Austin Peay State University events, downtown festivals and Cumberland River waterfront concerts are flown inside the organizer's production plan, with the university's approval for campus flights. Flying directly over an open crowd is only allowed when the drone and the operation meet FAA rules for flying over people, so otherwise we keep flight paths over the stage, closed areas and open lanes. See FPV drones for live broadcast, Indoor arena FPV drones and Concert and festival FPV drones across the US. For event coverage see Clarksville, TN live event drones.
Venues and offices
Venues, offices and hotels suit one-take FPV tours, flown with the owner's approval. Fully enclosed indoor flights are generally outside FAA airspace rules, so we fly one-take fly-throughs with the owner's approval; see indoor fly-through tours.
Fort Campbell and airspace
Fort Campbell, northwest of the city, is a federal no-drone area, and the military airfields there shape the airspace across much of the north side. FAA grids around Outlaw Field show zero-foot LAANC ceilings in many squares, so some addresses need a manual FAA request or cannot be flown. We check every Clarksville location on the FAA sectional, B4UFLY and NOTAMs before quoting, and file LAANC or FAA authorization for any address that needs it.
Tennessee event drone law
A Tennessee law that took effect July 1, 2026 makes it a Class A misdemeanor to fly within 400 feet of or above a gated, ticketed music, sports or performing arts event without consent from whoever has authority over it, with exceptions including FAA-authorized operators flying lawfully. We get that consent in writing before every show. We confirm local permits, venue rules and airspace authorizations before every job.

FAQs
Can you fly FPV inside a Clarksville venue or office?
Yes, with the owner's approval and a route agreed with staff. Fully enclosed indoor flights are generally outside FAA airspace rules.
Can you fly FPV near Fort Campbell?
No. Fort Campbell is a federal no-drone area, and zero-foot LAANC grids near Outlaw Field mean some addresses cannot be flown.
Does Tennessee law limit drones at ticketed shows?
Yes. A state law in effect since July 1, 2026 bars flights within 400 feet of a gated ticketed event without consent from whoever controls it, so we get written consent first.
Can FPV footage go live to a stream or screens?
Yes. We send live FPV video to the stream, LED screens or a broadcast truck, and agree the format with your production team before the event.
What insurance do you carry?
Our standard policy is $10M liability, with optional coverage up to $25M when a venue, league or network requires it. Certificates naming your venue or production are issued before the shoot.
