FPV drone pilot in Nashville

We fly FPV and small cinewhoop drones in Nashville for music videos, one-take venue fly-throughs, concerts, brand launches and sports content. FPV adds close, fast, continuous moves that a standard camera drone cannot get, flown by pilots who rehearse each line first. For general aerials, homes and events see our Nashville, TN drone videographer page.

Music videos and venue fly-throughs

Nashville's honky-tonks, studios and music venues suit one-take FPV flown with small ducted drones close to performers. We plan every indoor shot with the venue, the artist's team and the crew, and keep people who have not agreed to be filmed out of frame. Fully enclosed indoor flights are generally outside FAA airspace rules, so we fly one-take fly-throughs with the owner's approval; see indoor fly-through tours.

Arenas and live shows

For arena shows, such as those at Bridgestone Arena, we fly small drones only with the venue's approval and a plan agreed with production, security and lighting. Live FPV feeds can go to the stream or the screens; see FPV drones for live broadcast and Indoor arena FPV drones.

Tennessee drone laws

A Tennessee law that took effect July 1, 2026 makes it a Class A misdemeanor to fly within 400 feet of or above a gated, ticketed entertainment event without consent from whoever has authority over it, with exceptions including FAA-authorized operators flying lawfully. Earlier state law also covers drone images of large ticketed open-air events without the venue's consent, so we get written consent from the organizer for every show.

FAQs

Can you fly FPV through a Nashville bar or venue?

Yes, with the owner's approval. We fly small ducted FPV drones close to people and plan each shot with the venue and the talent.

Can you shoot FPV for a music video?

Yes. We plan one-take and multi-shot FPV moves with the director, rehearse the path and fly close only to performers who have agreed to it.

Does Tennessee law allow drones near ticketed shows?

With consent. A state law that took effect July 1, 2026 bars flights within 400 feet of a ticketed entertainment event without consent from whoever controls it, so we get it in writing.

Can FPV footage go live to a stream or screens?

Yes. We send live FPV video to the stream, LED screens or a broadcast truck, and agree the format with your production team before the event.

What insurance do you carry?

Our standard policy is $10M liability, with optional coverage up to $25M when a venue, league or network requires it. Certificates naming your venue or production are issued before the shoot.
