Live event drones in Conyers
This page is for event producers, promoters and venues planning a live event in Conyers. We fly concerts, festivals, parades, arena shows, races and brand activations, with drone feeds sent live to screens, the stream or a broadcast truck, plus fast edits for social. For homes, tourism and general aerials see our Conyers, GA drone videographer page. Our headquarters is in Augusta, so Georgia shoots are planned by our home crew.
The Georgia International Horse Park
Our crew has worked Art Basel events in Miami. The Georgia International Horse Park hosted the equestrian events and the first Olympic mountain bike race at the 1996 Atlanta Games, and its roughly 1,400 acres now host horse shows, festivals, concerts and races. We fly there with the park's and the organizer's approval. For horse shows, races and festivals we film recaps, and for larger shows we send live drone feeds to the stream or screens. See Live drone feeds for video boards and Concert and festival FPV drones across the US.
Olde Town and landmarks
Olde Town Conyers grew up around the railroad depot, now the city welcome center, with the restored 1905 Dinky steam locomotive parked nearby. We fly at the Monastery of the Holy Spirit, the Trappist monastery southeast of town, only with the monastery's approval. Flying directly over an open crowd is only allowed when the drone and the operation meet FAA rules for flying over people, so otherwise we keep flight paths over the stage, closed areas and open lanes. Fully enclosed indoor flights are generally outside FAA airspace rules, so we fly one-take fly-throughs with the owner's approval; see indoor fly-through tours.
State parks and Georgia law
Panola Mountain State Park requires a Georgia State Parks drone waiver, and east of Atlanta the airspace can change from one address to the next. Georgia law makes it a misdemeanor to fly within 400 feet of or above a gated, ticketed music, sports or performing arts event without consent from whoever has authority over the event, with an exception for FAA-authorized operators flying lawfully. We get the organizer's consent in writing anyway, because the venue and promoter control launch spots and crowd areas. State law limits how far cities and counties can write their own drone rules, but event permits, venue contracts and property owners still decide where a crew can launch, so we plan around all three. We check every Conyers location on the FAA sectional, B4UFLY and NOTAMs before quoting, and file LAANC or FAA authorization for any address that needs it. We confirm local permits, venue rules and airspace authorizations before every job.

FAQs
Can you fly a horse show at the Horse Park?
Yes, with the park and the organizer on board. We keep our distance from horses and riders and agree flight times with the organizer.
Can you fly at Panola Mountain State Park?
Only with a Georgia State Parks drone waiver, so we plan around it or launch from private property.
Can you film a ticketed show in Conyers?
Yes, with the organizer's consent. Georgia law bars drone flights within 400 feet of a gated ticketed event without it, so we get written consent first.
Can you send a live drone feed to screens or a stream?
Yes. We send live drone video to LED screens, the livestream or a broadcast truck, and agree the format and cue points with your production team before show day.
What insurance do you carry?
Our standard policy is $10M liability, with optional coverage up to $25M when a venue, league or network requires it. Certificates naming your venue or production are issued before the shoot.
