Greenville, SC Live Event and Concert Drones

Live event drones in Greenville

This page is for event producers, promoters and venues planning a live event in Greenville. We fly concerts, festivals, parades, arena shows, races and brand activations, with drone feeds sent live to screens, the stream or a broadcast truck, plus fast edits for social. For homes, tourism and general aerials see our Greenville, SC drone videographer page, and for one-take fly-throughs see our Greenville, SC FPV drone pilot page.

Fall for Greenville and Main Street

Fall for Greenville ran October 9 to 11, 2026 on Main Street between Augusta Street and East North Street, with a kickoff concert the night before, and admission was free. Downtown festivals run under the organizer's city permits, so we fly only with the organizer's approval, from agreed launch spots and clear of open crowds. Flying directly over an open crowd is only allowed when the drone and the operation meet FAA rules for flying over people, so otherwise we keep flight paths over the stage, closed areas and open lanes.

City parks and permits

The City of Greenville's photography policy for its parks says drone photography is not permitted, and commercial film crews need a Special Event Permit from the city. We never launch from a city park, and for events on city property we work inside the organizer's permit or launch from approved private property.

CCNB Amphitheatre in Simpsonville

CCNB Amphitheatre at Heritage Park in Simpsonville has hosted headline concerts since 2005 and is listed at up to about 15,000, though some listings give a lower figure. Amphitheater shows run on the tour's production plan, so any drone flight is approved by the venue and the promoter. For arena shows downtown, see our Greenville, SC FPV drone pilot page.

Live feeds and recaps

We send live drone video to IMAG screens, the stream or a broadcast truck, and cut short edits for social the same night; see Live drone feeds for video boards and Concert and festival FPV drones across the US.
