Estates, resorts and golf communities
Our crew flew an indoor micro-drone fly-through of the Tempo by Hilton hotel in Times Square. Waterfront estates, golf communities and resorts suit one-take FPV fly-throughs, filmed with the owner's approval. Fully enclosed indoor flights are generally outside FAA airspace rules, so we fly one-take fly-throughs with the owner's approval; see indoor fly-through tours. Florida's drone privacy law protects people on private property who cannot be seen from the ground, so we keep neighbors out of frame or get their consent.
Galas and events
Events, galas and festivals suit FPV recaps flown inside the organizer's production plan. Flying directly over an open crowd is only allowed when the drone and the operation meet FAA rules for flying over people, so otherwise we keep flight paths over the stage, closed areas and open lanes. Parks, beaches and Florida law
Everglades National Park and Big Cypress National Preserve are National Park Service land, which bans drone launches without the superintendent's written approval. Delnor-Wiggins Pass and Collier-Seminole are state parks: Florida state parks prohibit drone takeoff and landing on park land, so we launch from outside the park. Marco Island's code bars drones within 500 feet of posted protected nests and habitats. Beach shoots add their own limits: crowds, launch spots and sea turtle and shorebird nesting closures, so we check local rules and posted signs first. Florida Statute 330.41 bars drone flights over critical infrastructure such as substations, water plants, seaports, airports and military sites unless the flight is a commercial one that follows FAA rules or the owner consents in writing, and it bars flights over K-12 schools, so we plan routes around both.
Naples Airport
Naples Airport, 2 miles northeast of downtown, has a control tower and says drone use in much of the city is generally prohibited because the airport is so close, though it is a LAANC facility, so we file for the exact site and altitude. We check every Naples location on the FAA sectional, B4UFLY and NOTAMs before quoting, and file LAANC or FAA authorization for any address that needs it.

Can you fly FPV near Naples Airport?
