Fort Wayne
FPV drone pilot in Fort Wayne
We fly FPV and small cinewhoop drones in Fort Wayne for festival FPV, plant and office fly-throughs, arena content and brand films. FPV adds close, fast, continuous moves that a standard camera drone cannot get, flown by pilots who rehearse each line first. For general aerials, homes and events see our Fort Wayne, IN drone videographer page.
Festivals and the riverfront
Our crew flew FPV over Kinetic Field at EDC Orlando in 2022. Fort Wayne's riverfront festivals suit the same coverage inside the organizer's plan. Flying directly over an open crowd is only allowed when the drone and the operation meet FAA rules for flying over people, so otherwise we keep flight paths over the stage, closed areas and open lanes. See FPV drones for live broadcast, Indoor arena FPV drones and Concert and festival FPV drones across the US. For event coverage see Fort Wayne, IN live event drones.
Plants, offices and arenas
Manufacturing plants, offices and arenas suit one-take FPV tours with the owner's approval and a plan agreed with safety staff. Fully enclosed indoor flights are generally outside FAA airspace rules, so we fly one-take fly-throughs with the owner's approval; see indoor fly-through tours.
Federal sites and airspace
The Fort Wayne Air National Guard Base at the airport is a federal no-drone area around the clock, and Grissom Air Reserve Base, west of the city near Peru, is too. Fort Wayne International, about 7 miles southwest of downtown, has Class C airspace, so many Fort Wayne addresses need LAANC. We check every Fort Wayne location on the FAA sectional, B4UFLY and NOTAMs before quoting, and file LAANC or FAA authorization for any address that needs it. We confirm local permits, venue rules and airspace authorizations before every job.
