Cartersville
FPV drone pilot in Cartersville
We fly FPV and small cinewhoop drones in Cartersville for museum and venue fly-throughs, sports complex content, events and brand content. FPV adds close, fast, continuous moves that a standard camera drone cannot get, flown by pilots who rehearse each line first. For general aerials, homes and events see our Cartersville, GA drone videographer page. Our headquarters is in Augusta, so Georgia shoots are planned by our home crew.
Museum fly-throughs
Our crew flew sub-100-gram livestream drones for UNITY at the Sphere in Las Vegas, with the live feed shown on its immersive screen. The Booth Western Art Museum, the Tellus Science Museum and the Savoy Automobile Museum suit indoor FPV that moves through galleries and exhibit halls, flown with each museum's approval. Fully enclosed indoor flights are generally outside FAA airspace rules, so we fly one-take fly-throughs with the owner's approval; see indoor fly-through tours.
LakePoint and sports content
LakePoint Sporting Community's fields, courts and indoor arena suit FPV that follows play and shows the scale of the complex, flown with the organizer's approval. Flying directly over an open crowd is only allowed when the drone and the operation meet FAA rules for flying over people, so otherwise we keep flight paths over the stage, closed areas and open lanes. See FPV drones for live broadcast, Indoor arena FPV drones and Concert and festival FPV drones across the US. For event coverage see Cartersville, GA live event drones.
Lake Allatoona, parks and Georgia law
Flights from or over Corps land at Lake Allatoona need the Corps' approval, and Red Top Mountain State Park requires a Georgia State Parks drone waiver. Georgia law makes it a misdemeanor to fly within 400 feet of or above a gated, ticketed music, sports or performing arts event without consent from whoever has authority over the event, with an exception for FAA-authorized operators flying lawfully. We get the organizer's consent in writing anyway, because the venue and promoter control launch spots and crowd areas. State law limits how far cities and counties can write their own drone rules, but event permits, venue contracts and property owners still decide where a crew can launch, so we plan around all three. We check every Cartersville location on the FAA sectional, B4UFLY and NOTAMs before quoting, and file LAANC or FAA authorization for any address that needs it.

FAQs
Can you fly FPV inside a museum?
Yes, with the museum's approval, using small cinewhoop drones built for indoor flight.
Can you fly at Lake Allatoona?
Flights from or over Corps land need the Corps' approval, so we launch from private land or request permission.
Can a Georgia city ban your drone shoot?
Mostly no. State law preempts most local drone rules, but a city can still control commercial launches and landings on its own property, so we confirm launch spots in Cartersville.
Can FPV footage go live to a stream or screens?
Yes. We send live FPV video to the stream, LED screens or a broadcast truck, and agree the format with your production team before the event.
What insurance do you carry?
Our standard policy is $10M liability, with optional coverage up to $25M when a venue, league or network requires it. Certificates naming your venue or production are issued before the shoot.
