We fly FPV and small cinewhoop drones in Calhoun for plant and showroom fly-throughs, recruiting films, downtown events and brand content. FPV adds close, fast, continuous moves that a standard camera drone cannot get, flown by pilots who rehearse each line first. Manufacturing and logistics
Calhoun's plants and distribution centers along I-75, including flooring manufacturers, need shots that show scale, access and layout. We film plant exteriors, campuses and recruiting content, and where the owner allows, indoor one-take fly-throughs of showrooms and production floors. Downtown and events
Downtown Calhoun is a Georgia Main Street city with a free summer concert series, street festivals and a Christmas parade, and we film recaps with the organizer's approval. Flying directly over an open crowd is only allowed when the drone and the operation meet FAA rules for flying over people, so otherwise we keep flight paths over the stage, closed areas and open lanes. Historic sites and airspace
New Echota, the 1825 capital of the Cherokee Nation, and Resaca Battlefield are both state historic sites near Calhoun, so flying over them requires a Georgia State Parks drone waiver. Tom B. David Field, about three miles south of downtown, has no control tower. We check every Calhoun location on the FAA sectional, B4UFLY and NOTAMs before quoting, and file LAANC or FAA authorization for any address that needs it.
Georgia drone law
Georgia law makes it a misdemeanor to fly within 400 feet of or above a gated, ticketed music, sports or performing arts event without consent from whoever has authority over the event, with an exception for FAA-authorized operators flying lawfully. We get the organizer's consent in writing anyway, because the venue and promoter control launch spots and crowd areas. State law limits how far cities and counties can write their own drone rules, but event permits, venue contracts and property owners still decide where a crew can launch, so we plan around all three.

Can you fly FPV through a production floor?
Yes, where the owner allows, with a route planned with the plant's safety team.
Can you fly over New Echota?
Only with a drone waiver from Georgia State Parks, because it is a state historic site. Otherwise we film from private property nearby.
Can you film a ticketed show in Calhoun?
Yes, with the organizer's consent. Georgia law bars drone flights within 400 feet of a gated ticketed event without it, so we get written consent first.
Can FPV footage go live to a stream or screens?
Yes. We send live FPV video to the stream, LED screens or a broadcast truck, and agree the format with your production team before the event.
What insurance do you carry?
Our standard policy is $10M liability, with optional coverage up to $25M when a venue, league or network requires it. Certificates naming your venue or production are issued before the shoot.
