Cabin and rental fly-throughs
Our crew flew an indoor micro-drone fly-through of the Tempo by Hilton hotel in Times Square, through its lobbies and rooms. Fannin County's cabin rental market runs on video, and an FPV line from the front door through the great room and out over the deck to the ridgeline shows a listing in one take. Fully enclosed indoor flights are generally outside FAA airspace rules, so we fly one-take fly-throughs with the owner's approval; see indoor fly-through tours.
Downtown and the railway
Downtown shops, restaurants and the historic depot of the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway sit within a few blocks. Any shot over the railway or its passengers is planned with the operator. Flying directly over an open crowd is only allowed when the drone and the operation meet FAA rules for flying over people, so otherwise we keep flight paths over the stage, closed areas and open lanes. Lake Blue Ridge and Georgia law
Lake Blue Ridge is a TVA reservoir, and TVA's drone rules bar flights over its dams, power facilities and developed recreation areas, so we confirm each launch site first. In the mountains the bigger limits are often terrain and land rules: ridgelines block line of sight and the control signal, so we pick launch points before the shoot. Georgia law makes it a misdemeanor to fly within 400 feet of or above a gated, ticketed music, sports or performing arts event without consent from whoever has authority over the event, with an exception for FAA-authorized operators flying lawfully. We get the organizer's consent in writing anyway, because the venue and promoter control launch spots and crowd areas. State law limits how far cities and counties can write their own drone rules, but event permits, venue contracts and property owners still decide where a crew can launch, so we plan around all three. We check every Blue Ridge location on the FAA sectional, B4UFLY and NOTAMs before quoting, and file LAANC or FAA authorization for any address that needs it.

Yes. An FPV line from the front door through the great room and out over the deck shows a listing in one take.
Can you fly over Lake Blue Ridge Dam?
No. TVA's drone rules bar flights over its dams and power facilities, so we confirm each launch site first.
Can a Georgia city ban your drone shoot?
Mostly no. State law preempts most local drone rules, but a city can still control commercial launches and landings on its own property, so we confirm launch spots in Blue Ridge.
Can FPV footage go live to a stream or screens?
Yes. We send live FPV video to the stream, LED screens or a broadcast truck, and agree the format with your production team before the event.
What insurance do you carry?
Our standard policy is $10M liability, with optional coverage up to $25M when a venue, league or network requires it. Certificates naming your venue or production are issued before the shoot.
