Cabins and mountain real estate
Fannin County's cabin rental market runs on photos and video, and an aerial that rises from the deck to the ridgeline sells the view better than any still. We film cabins, homes and mountain land, and for interiors an indoor one-take fly-through walks a guest through the rental; see indoor fly-through tours.
Downtown and the scenic railway
The Blue Ridge Scenic Railway leaves from the historic depot downtown and follows the Toccoa River on a 26-mile round trip to McCaysville and Copperhill, Tennessee. We film downtown businesses and tourism promos, and any shot over the railway or its passengers is planned with the operator. For festivals and downtown events we film recaps, and for larger shows we send live drone feeds to the stream or screens; see live broadcast drones and concert and festival drones.
Lake Blue Ridge and the Toccoa River
Lake Blue Ridge is a Tennessee Valley Authority reservoir surrounded by the Chattahoochee National Forest. TVA's drone rules bar flights over its dams, power facilities and developed recreation areas, and Forest Service land has its own rules, so we confirm each launch site before quoting. Lakefront homes and river properties are often best filmed from private land.
Airspace
In the mountains the bigger limits are often terrain and land rules: ridgelines block line of sight and the control signal, so we pick launch points before the shoot. We check every Blue Ridge location on the FAA sectional, B4UFLY and NOTAMs before quoting, and file LAANC or FAA authorization for any address that needs it.
