Johns Creek, GA Drone Videographer and Operator
Air Views Media is a drone videography company serving Johns Creek for luxury homes, golf communities, schools and brand films. We're based in Augusta, Georgia, with FAA Part 107 certified pilots and $10M liability standard (optional up to $25M).
Golf and swim-tennis communities
Johns Creek's neighborhoods are built around amenities: golf in Country Club of the South and the Atlanta Athletic Club area, and pools, courts and lakes in communities like St. Ives. Buyers want to see the amenities and the home in one story. We open on the clubhouse or the course, glide to the street and finish on the house, then deliver MLS stills.
Large lots and new construction
Wooded lots and custom homes need aerials that show the land, not just the roof. We fly lower oblique angles that look under the tree line and a top-down that maps the lot, pool and outbuildings. For builders, we shoot progress video from the same positions each visit.
Town Center, offices and medical
Johns Creek Town Center, the offices along Medlock Bridge Road and the medical campus near the hospital need leasing and recruiting aerials that show access and setting. We plan around hospital helicopter traffic and building security.
Community and heritage
Newtown Park and Autrey Mill Nature Preserve, with its restored farmstead, suit civic and tourism video filmed with the city's approval. For fast, close shots, see our Johns Creek FPV pilot page.
Commercial and film
For ads and productions we plan with the director and fly cinema payloads, as on a Jack Link's commercial and a Honda vehicle release. See drone cinematography for film.
Airspace
The Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area along the city's edge is National Park Service land, and we don't launch there. We check airspace for every address and file any LAANC or waiver requests.
