Downtown Woodstock's Main Street restaurants, the Elm Street arts district and the Event Green, where Woodstock Arts runs its Lantern Series concerts, are compact enough for an aerial that shows the whole district in one move. For restaurants and shops, an indoor one-take fly-through shows the room the way a guest sees it; see indoor fly-through tours.
Towne Lake and new homes
Towne Lake's golf and lake neighborhoods and the new subdivisions along I-575 and Highway 92 are steady work for builders and agents. A rise from the front yard that reveals the lake, the trails or the drive to downtown sells the location. We shoot at golden hour and deliver MLS-ready stills with the video.
Trails, retail and the lake
The Greenprints trail system, including the Noonday Creek Trail into downtown, suits active-lifestyle and real estate content. The Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta, off I-575, and the retail centers around it need aerials that show access and parking. Lake Allatoona, to the west, is a Corps of Engineers lake, and commercial drone flights on its land and water need a Corps special-use permit.

For the Lantern Series, downtown festivals and school events we film recaps, and for larger shows we send live drone feeds to the stream or screens; see live broadcast drones and concert and festival drones.

We check every Woodstock location on the FAA sectional, B4UFLY and NOTAMs before quoting, and file LAANC or FAA authorization for any address that needs it.

With Woodstock Arts' approval, on a route that keeps clear of the audience unless our waivers allow otherwise.
Do you film property on Lake Allatoona?
Yes. Commercial drone flights on Corps of Engineers land and water at Allatoona need a Corps special-use permit, which we request before the shoot.
Do you need FAA approval to fly in Woodstock?
