Dunwoody, GA Drone Videographer and Operator
Air Views Media is a drone videography company serving Dunwoody and Perimeter Center for office leasing, corporate campuses, real estate, events and brand films. Our Georgia crew flew live drone feeds for TV and the video board for the Atlanta Braves at Truist Park. FAA Part 107 certified pilots, $10M liability standard (optional up to $25M).
Perimeter Center offices
Perimeter Center, around Perimeter Mall and the Dunwoody MARTA station, is one of the metro's largest office districts, with corporate towers along Ashford-Dunwoody Road and Hammond Drive. Leasing teams use drone video to show highway access at I-285 and GA-400, transit, amenities and the skyline. We fly high establishing shots, frontage passes and indoor fly-throughs of lobbies and amenity floors; see our Sandy Springs drone videographer page for the other half of Perimeter.
Apartments and mixed-use
New apartment and mixed-use projects around Perimeter need progress video from the first pour to grand opening. We fly the same positions on a regular schedule so the footage lines up, and deliver a short edit for investors and social versions for leasing.
Dunwoody Village and neighborhoods
Away from the towers, Dunwoody is a city of swim-and-tennis neighborhoods, Dunwoody Village shops, the Spruill Center for the Arts, the Dunwoody Nature Center and the historic Donaldson-Bannister Farm. We shoot homes at golden hour with MLS-ready stills, and community pieces for local businesses and the city.
Lemonade Days and events
Lemonade Days brings rides, food and crowds to Brook Run Park each April. We film recaps for organizers and sponsors, and for larger events we send live drone feeds to the stream or screens; see live broadcast drones and concert and festival drones.
Airspace
Peachtree-DeKalb Airport is just south-east of Dunwoody, and its Class D airspace applies while the tower is open. We check every address on the FAA sectional and B4UFLY, file LAANC or FAA authorization where needed, and give you a go or no-go before the date. Indoor flights only need the owner's approval.
