Brookhaven, GA Drone Videographer and Operator
Air Views Media is a drone videography company serving Brookhaven, Chamblee and the Buford Highway corridor for real estate, healthcare and corporate campuses, events and brand films. Our Georgia crew flew five days of live coverage, live to FOX, at the FIFA Fan Festival Atlanta. FAA Part 107 certified pilots, $10M liability standard (optional up to $25M).
Homes from Ashford Park to Murphey Candler
Brookhaven's neighborhoods range from the older homes around the Capital City Club golf course in Historic Brookhaven to new builds in Ashford Park and Lynwood Park and the streets around Murphey Candler Park and its lake. Aerials show what buyers care about here: the tree canopy, the park around the corner and the short drive to Peachtree Road and GA-400.
Town Brookhaven and Peachtree Road
Town Brookhaven, the apartments and offices along Peachtree Road and Oglethorpe University's Gothic campus give leasing teams and marketers strong aerial subjects. We fly high establishing shots and low passes along the frontage, then cut a two-minute leasing film and short social versions.
Healthcare and corporate campuses
Children's Healthcare of Atlanta's Arthur M. Blank Hospital opened in 2024 on North Druid Hills Road, and the offices around Executive Park and I-85 keep growing. For campuses like these we shoot exterior aerials, construction progress and indoor fly-throughs, planned around the hospital's rooftop helipads and the facility's security rules; see indoor fly-through tours.
Cherry Blossom Festival and community video
The Brookhaven Cherry Blossom Festival fills Blackburn Park each spring with music, food and an artist market. For the city, organizers and local businesses we film recaps and tourism pieces; for larger events, see live broadcast drones and concert and festival drones.
Airspace
Peachtree-DeKalb Airport sits on Brookhaven's eastern edge, and parts of Brookhaven sit under its Class D airspace while the tower is open. We check each address on the FAA sectional and B4UFLY, file LAANC or FAA authorization where it's needed, fly within the approved altitude, and plan around hospital helicopter traffic.
