Sandy Springs, GA Drone Videographer and Operator
Air Views Media is a drone videography company serving Sandy Springs for luxury real estate, commercial property, civic projects and brand films. We're based in Augusta, Georgia, and work across metro Atlanta with FAA Part 107 certified pilots and $10M liability standard (optional up to $25M).
Riverfront and wooded estates
Sandy Springs has some of the metro's most private homes: wooded lots, long drives and houses that back onto the Chattahoochee. From the street you see a gate. From the air you see the house, the grounds and the river. We fly a slow reveal at golden hour, a top-down of the pool and terraces and a rise that shows the river and the tree canopy, then deliver stills for the listing.
Leasing and investment aerials
For Perimeter Center offices, medical buildings and mixed-use projects, investors and tenants need context: GA-400 and I-285 access, MARTA stations and the hospital cluster. We shoot clean establishing aerials and progress video for construction projects at regular intervals, so you can show a building rising floor by floor.
Civic and community projects
Morgan Falls Overlook Park on Bull Sluice Lake, City Springs, and the gardens at Heritage Sandy Springs are strong subjects for parks, tourism and civic video, filmed with the city's approval. Overlook views of the dam and river make a calm opener.
Brand and production work
For commercials and corporate films, we plan shots with the director and fly cinema payloads, as we did on a Jack Link's commercial and for Science Channel's Impossible Engineering. See drone cinematography for film. For fast, close moves, see our Sandy Springs FPV pilot page.
Airspace
Much of Sandy Springs sits under DeKalb-Peachtree Airport's Class D airspace, so we file LAANC or an FAA authorization for most addresses. The Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area is National Park Service land, so river views are filmed from private or city property.

FAQs
Can you film a riverfront home in Sandy Springs?
Yes, from the property or another permitted site. We don't launch from the National Recreation Area.
Do you do construction progress video?
Yes. We fly the same positions on a set schedule so the footage cuts together into a time-lapse.
Do you deliver stills too?
Yes. Every real estate shoot includes edited stills sized for MLS and marketing.
Is FAA approval needed in Sandy Springs?
For most addresses, because of DeKalb-Peachtree's Class D airspace. We handle the filing.
What insurance do you carry?
Our standard policy is $10M liability, with optional coverage up to $25M when a venue, league or network requires it. Certificates naming your venue or production are issued before the shoot.
