Kennesaw, GA Drone Videographer and Operator
Air Views Media is a drone videography company serving Kennesaw and north Cobb County, filming commercial property, student housing, events and brand films. We're based in Augusta, Georgia, and work across metro Atlanta with FAA Part 107 certified pilots and $10M liability standard (optional up to $25M).
Town Center retail and commercial property
The Town Center area around Barrett Parkway and the mall is one of Cobb County's biggest retail districts, with shopping centers, hotels, restaurants and offices clustered off I-75. Leasing and investment teams need aerials that show access, parking and the traffic counts that matter to tenants. We fly high, wide establishing shots, then low passes along storefronts and pad sites, and deliver stills alongside the video.
Student housing and multifamily
Around Kennesaw State, apartment communities compete on amenities and distance to campus. A drone shows both in a few seconds: the pool and courtyard from above, then a rise to reveal the campus a short walk away. We schedule around move-in and quiet hours and keep residents out of frame unless they've agreed to be filmed.
Events and downtown
Downtown Kennesaw's festivals and the community events around Depot Park suit a short aerial recap: the crowd, the stages and the railroad running through the middle of town. For sports and live shows, see our Kennesaw FPV pilot page.
Cinematic work
For brand films and commercials we fly cinema payloads and plan shots with the director in advance, the way we worked on a Jack Link's commercial and a Honda vehicle release. See drone cinematography for film.
Permissions and airspace
Large parts of Kennesaw are under the Class D airspace of Cobb County's McCollum Field, so we usually file LAANC or an FAA authorization before the shoot. Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park is National Park Service land, and we don't launch there.
