Cumming
New construction along GA-400
Forsyth County has been one of Georgia's fastest-growing counties for years, and the subdivisions, medical offices and retail along GA-400 keep coming. Builders and developers use drone video for launch marketing and monthly progress, flown from the same positions so it cuts together from groundbreaking to grand opening.
Lake Lanier's west shore
Homes and marinas on Lanier's west shore, from Bald Ridge Marina to the coves near Mary Alice Park, are sold by the water. A pass in from over the cove shows the dock and the view. Lake Lanier is a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers project, so drone filming on or over Corps land and water needs the Corps' authorization, which we request before the shoot.
Cumming City Center and the fairgrounds
Cumming City Center, the 75-acre district with the Lou Sobh Amphitheater, and the Cumming Fairgrounds, home of the Cumming Country Fair and Festival each October, give events and local businesses strong aerial settings. We film recaps and promos, and for larger shows we send live drone feeds to the stream or screens; see live broadcast drones and concert and festival drones.
Sawnee Mountain and outdoor brands
Sawnee Mountain Preserve and its Indian Seats overlook give Forsyth County its best view. Before launching from a county park we check Forsyth County's park rules and permit requirements, or fly from private property nearby.
Airspace
We check every Cumming location on the FAA sectional, B4UFLY and NOTAMs before quoting, file LAANC where it's needed, and add the Corps authorization for anything on the lake.

FAQs
Do you shoot construction progress in Forsyth County?
Yes, from the same positions on a regular schedule so the footage lines up from groundbreaking to grand opening.
Can you film lakefront property on Lake Lanier?
Yes. Drone filming on or over Corps of Engineers land and water needs the Corps' authorization, which we request before the shoot.
Can you film the Cumming Country Fair and Festival?
With the organizers' approval, on a route that keeps clear of the crowd unless our waivers allow otherwise.
Do you need FAA approval to fly in Cumming?
It depends on the address. We check every location on the FAA sectional and B4UFLY before quoting and file LAANC where it's needed.
What insurance do you carry?
Our standard policy is $10M liability, with optional coverage up to $25M when a venue, league or network requires it. Certificates naming your venue or production are issued before the shoot.
