Cary
Corporate campuses
Cary is home to large corporate campuses, including SAS, and office parks along the I-40 corridor that need aerials showing scale, access and layout. For lobbies and offices an indoor one-take fly-through shows the space in a single shot; see indoor fly-through tours.
New communities and real estate
New neighborhoods across Cary, Apex and Morrisville need progress flights, homesite aerials and amenity footage for builders and agents, filmed from private property with permission.
Events and venues
The town bans drones at the WakeMed Soccer Park stadium complex, and other venues set their own rules, so we get the venue's sign-off first. For concerts, tournaments and festivals we film recaps, and for larger shows we send live drone feeds to the stream or screens; see live broadcast drones and concert and festival drones.
Airspace
Raleigh-Durham International sits just north of Cary and Morrisville, so many addresses in the area are in its Class C airspace and need LAANC. We check every Cary location on the FAA sectional, B4UFLY and NOTAMs before quoting, and file LAANC or FAA authorization for any address that needs it.
