Aviation and manufacturing
Our crew filmed aerials of The Independent, the Austin tower known as the Jenga building, for Science Channel's Impossible Engineering. Wichita's aircraft plants, hangars and manufacturing floors suit low, continuous FPV lines for recruiting and sales films, flown with the owner's approval and a plan agreed with safety staff. Fully enclosed indoor flights are generally outside FAA airspace rules, so we fly one-take fly-throughs with the owner's approval; see indoor fly-through tours.
Arenas and festivals
Inside INTRUST Bank Arena and other venues we fly small FPV drones with the venue's approval, and riverfront festivals are flown inside the organizer's plan. Flying directly over an open crowd is only allowed when the drone and the operation meet FAA rules for flying over people, so otherwise we keep flight paths over the stage, closed areas and open lanes. Airspace and McConnell
Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport sits under Class C airspace west of downtown, and McConnell Air Force Base southeast of the city is a no-drone zone on and around the installation. We check every Wichita location on the FAA sectional, B4UFLY and NOTAMs before quoting, and file LAANC or FAA authorization for any address that needs it. We confirm local permits, venue rules and airspace authorizations before every job.

Our standard policy is $10M liability, with optional coverage up to $25M when a venue, league or network requires it. Certificates naming your venue or production are issued before the shoot.
