Arena shows

Our crew flew drones inside Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle to film Paramore's 2023 show. Inside INTRUST Bank Arena and other venues we fly small drones with the venue's approval and a plan agreed with production. Fully enclosed indoor flights are generally outside FAA airspace rules, so we fly one-take fly-throughs with the owner's approval; see indoor fly-through tours. Riverfront festivals

For outdoor festivals along the river we coordinate with the organizer and check for any temporary flight restriction before the event. Flying directly over an open crowd is only allowed when the drone and the operation meet FAA rules for flying over people, so otherwise we keep flight paths over the stage, closed areas and open lanes.

Airspace and McConnell

Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport sits under Class C airspace west of downtown, and McConnell Air Force Base southeast of the city is a no-drone zone on and around the installation, so we plan east-side events well clear of it. We check every Wichita location on the FAA sectional, B4UFLY and NOTAMs before quoting, and file LAANC or FAA authorization for any address that needs it.

Our standard policy is $10M liability, with optional coverage up to $25M when a venue, league or network requires it. Certificates naming your venue or production are issued before the shoot.
