Airports and federal sites
Manchester-Boston Regional sits under Class C airspace, and downtown Manchester is inside its surface area. Nashua and Portsmouth have Class D airspace. Pease Air National Guard Base in Portsmouth and New Boston Space Force Station west of Manchester are federal no-drone areas, closed from the ground to 400 feet around the clock. We check every Manchester location on the FAA sectional, B4UFLY and NOTAMs before quoting, and file LAANC or FAA authorization for any address that needs it.
Speedway and arenas
New Hampshire Motor Speedway in Loudon is on the FAA stadium list, so the 3 nautical mile flight restriction applies from an hour before to an hour after covered events. Inside SNHU Arena we fly small drones with the venue's approval. Fully enclosed indoor flights are generally outside FAA airspace rules, so we fly one-take fly-throughs with the owner's approval; see indoor fly-through tours.
State parks and forests
New Hampshire rules bar drone launches and landings on state parks and forests unless the department approves a special use permit or contract. We keep neighbors and people on private property out of frame unless they agree to be filmed.

Do you need FAA approval to fly in Manchester?
It depends on the address. Downtown Manchester is inside the Class C surface area for Manchester-Boston Regional. We check every location on the FAA sectional and B4UFLY before quoting and file LAANC where it is needed.
Can you fly near New Hampshire Motor Speedway?
Not inside the FAA flight restriction during covered race events. We schedule nearby shoots outside that window.
Can you fly near New Boston?
No. New Boston Space Force Station is a federal no-drone area, closed from the ground to 400 feet.
Can you fly in New Hampshire state parks?
Only with a department special use permit or contract. Launching or landing without one is not allowed.
What insurance do you carry?
Our standard policy is $10M liability, with optional coverage up to $25M when a venue, league or network requires it. Certificates naming your venue or production are issued before the shoot.
