We fly stadium and arena events, Canalside and waterfront events, campuses, construction progress and real estate across Buffalo and Niagara. For game days and concerts we film recaps, and for larger shows we send live drone feeds to the stream or screens; see live broadcast drones and concert and festival drones.
Airports and federal sites
Buffalo Niagara International sits under Class C airspace east of the city, and much of downtown lies under an outer shelf that starts well above drone altitudes. Niagara Falls International has its own Class D airspace. The Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, Coast Guard Sector Buffalo on the downtown waterfront and Coast Guard Station Niagara are federal no-drone areas, closed from the ground to 400 feet around the clock. We check every Buffalo location on the FAA sectional, B4UFLY and NOTAMs before quoting, and file LAANC or FAA authorization for any address that needs it.
Highmark Stadium and arenas
Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park is on the FAA stadium list, so the 3 nautical mile flight restriction applies from an hour before to an hour after covered events. Inside KeyBank Center and other arenas we fly sub-250-gram drones with the venue's approval. Fully enclosed indoor flights are generally outside FAA airspace rules, so we fly one-take fly-throughs with the owner's approval; see indoor fly-through tours.
Niagara Falls and state parks
New York State Parks require a prior written permit to launch, land or fly a drone on park property, and commercial filming goes through the State Parks film permit process. That includes Niagara Falls State Park. The border with Canada runs down the Niagara River, and Canadian rules apply on the far side, so we keep flights over U.S. ground.

Do you need FAA approval to fly in Buffalo?
It depends on the address. Buffalo Niagara International has Class C airspace east of the city, and the Coast Guard base on the waterfront is closed to drones. We check every location on the FAA sectional and B4UFLY before quoting and file LAANC where it is needed.
Can you fly near Highmark Stadium on game days?
Not inside the FAA stadium flight restriction, which covers 3 nautical miles from an hour before to an hour after covered events. We schedule nearby shoots outside that window.
Can you film Niagara Falls?
With a New York State Parks permit for any flight from park land, yes. The far side of the river is in Canada, so we keep flights over U.S. ground.
Can you fly inside KeyBank Center?
Yes, with the venue's approval. Indoor arena flights use small drones and a set flight plan.
What insurance do you carry?
Our standard policy is $10M liability, with optional coverage up to $25M when a venue, league or network requires it. Certificates naming your venue or production are issued before the shoot.
