We fly arena concerts, stadium events, conventions, tech campus and product launch content, construction progress and real estate across San Jose and Silicon Valley. SJC Class C airspace
San Jose Mineta International sits just north of downtown, and its Class C airspace covers most of the city center, so downtown flights need LAANC or FAA authorization. Reid-Hillview Airport on the east side has its own control tower and airspace. We check every San Jose location on the FAA sectional, B4UFLY and NOTAMs before quoting, and file LAANC or FAA authorization for any address that needs it.
SAP Center and Levi's Stadium
Inside SAP Center and the San Jose McEnery Convention Center we fly small drones with the venue's approval. Fully enclosed indoor flights are generally outside FAA airspace rules, so we fly one-take fly-throughs with the owner's approval; see indoor fly-through tours. Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara is on the FAA stadium list, so the 3 nautical mile flight restriction applies from an hour before to an hour after covered events.
California drone law and parks
California privacy law makes it an invasion of privacy to enter the airspace above someone's land without permission to capture private or family activity, so we keep homes, yards and people who have not agreed to be filmed out of frame. California State Parks allow drones unless a park has posted an order banning them, and commercial filming in a state park needs a State Parks permit through the California Film Commission, with drone paperwork filed ahead of the shoot.

Do you need FAA approval to fly in San Jose?
It depends on the address. Downtown San Jose sits inside Class C airspace for San Jose Mineta International. We check every location on the FAA sectional and B4UFLY before quoting and file LAANC where it is needed.
Can you fly inside SAP Center?
Yes, with the venue's approval. Indoor arena flights use small drones and a set flight plan.
Can you fly near Levi's Stadium on game days?
Not inside the FAA stadium flight restriction, which covers 3 nautical miles from an hour before to an hour after covered events. We schedule nearby shoots outside that window.
Can you film tech campuses and offices?
Yes. We get the owner's approval, plan around nearby homes and keep people who have not agreed to be filmed out of frame.
What insurance do you carry?
Our standard policy is $10M liability, with optional coverage up to $25M when a venue, league or network requires it. Certificates naming your venue or production are issued before the shoot.
