Air Views Media flies FPV drones in Athens for concerts, college sports, brands and live broadcasts. Club and arena FPV
A small FPV drone can fly from the back of the Georgia Theatre, over the crowd and up to the stage in one move, or circle the floor at Akins Ford Arena during a show. AthFest and the Twilight Criterium
AthFest puts free stages on downtown streets each June, and the Twilight Criterium sends pro riders around a tight downtown course each April. FPV can chase a pack through a corner at race speed or lift over a stage at sunset. Both need the organizers' approval and a route that keeps clear of spectators unless our waivers and the event allow otherwise.
Live FPV for college sports
Video board and broadcast teams can take a live FPV feed like any other camera. We fly a COFDM transmitter on a micro FPV drone carrying a PROTON 4K FLEX, and the truck shades it through Cyanview RCP. That's the setup behind our live feeds to the Davis Wade Stadium video boards for Mississippi State; Athens Rock Lobsters and UGA Ice Dawgs hockey at Akins Ford Arena are a natural fit. Brands and the Classic City
For bars, restaurants, gyms and new builds, a one-take FPV tour shows the whole place in under a minute. Downtown's brick storefronts, the Arch on Broad Street and the North Oconee River Greenway give brand content a setting that looks like Athens and nowhere else.
Ben Epps, game days and authorization
Athens-Ben Epps Airport has Class D airspace while its tower is open, and Sanford Stadium's TFR applies on football game days. We check every address against FAA data and NOTAMs, file LAANC or an FAA authorization, and fly over people only where our waivers and the venue allow it.

Only outside the Sanford Stadium TFR or indoors, unless the FAA grants specific approval. Most game-week content is filmed the days before.
What insurance do you carry?
Our standard policy is $10M liability, with optional coverage up to $25M when a venue, league or network requires it. Certificates naming your venue or production are issued before the shoot.
