Peachtree City, GA Drone Videographer and Operator
Air Views Media is a drone videography company serving Peachtree City for homes, neighborhoods, industrial property and brand films. We're based in Augusta, Georgia, with FAA Part 107 certified pilots and $10M liability standard (optional up to $25M).
Selling a village, not just a house
Peachtree City was planned as a set of villages, such as Kedron, Braelinn, Glenloch and Aberdeen, each with its own schools, shopping, pools and path connections. Buyers ask which village a house is in before they ask about the kitchen. A good aerial answers that: it opens on the village center or lake, follows the path network to the street and lands on the home. We deliver MLS stills alongside the video.
Lakefront and golf homes
Homes on Lake Peachtree, Lake Kedron and the golf courses need the water or the fairway in the shot. We fly at golden hour, low over the water toward the back of the house, then rise to show the setting.
The industrial park
Peachtree City's industrial park on the west side is home to manufacturers and distribution centers. Owners and brokers use aerials to show buildings, loading, truck access and the route to I-85. For brand films inside a plant, we plan shots with the safety team. Our credits include a Jack Link's commercial and Science Channel's Impossible Engineering.
Community, events and productions
The city, the amphitheater and local organizations use aerials for events and tourism. Productions working out of nearby Trilith use the area's lakes and streets, and we fly under their location permits. See drone cinematography for film, and for fast chase shots, our Peachtree City FPV pilot page.
Airspace
Falcon Field sits on the edge of the city, so we check airspace and file any LAANC or waiver requests for each address. Interior shoots in plants or homes only need the owner's approval.
