Fayetteville, GA Drone Videographer and Operator
Air Views Media is a drone videography company serving Fayetteville and Fayette County for new communities, retail, healthcare and civic projects. We're based in Augusta, Georgia, with FAA Part 107 certified pilots and $10M liability standard (optional up to $25M).
Town at Trilith and new communities
The Town at Trilith, the walkable neighborhood beside the studios, and other new developments in Fayette County sell a lifestyle as much as a house. Aerials show it: the cottages and trails, the village center and the studios beyond. For developers and builders, we film progress video from the same positions each visit and finished-community films that show how the pieces connect.
Historic downtown
The 1825 Fayette County courthouse on the square is one of the oldest in Georgia, and downtown's redevelopment gives the city a good story to tell. Aerials of the square, the amphitheater and new streetscapes help with tourism, economic development and business recruitment. We can also fly the same positions each year so the city can show how downtown has changed over time.
Retail and healthcare
Fayette Pavilion and the retail along GA-85 need leasing aerials that show traffic, access and anchors. The hospital and medical offices in the area use aerials for recruiting and expansion updates; we plan around helicopter traffic and facility security.
Homes and land
Fayette County has estates, horse properties and wooded acreage. We fly low obliques under the tree line, a top-down to map the lot and a golden-hour reveal, with MLS stills. Around horses we keep to quiet aerials at height and agree timing with the owner.
Productions
For film and commercial work we plan shots with the director and fly cinema payloads; see drone cinematography for film. For chases and close moves, see our Fayetteville FPV pilot page.
Airspace
Falcon Field is a few miles west. We check airspace and file any LAANC or waiver requests for each address.
