The canal and the rapids
The most cinematic FPV in Martinez happens at Savannah Rapids Park, where the Augusta Canal leaves the Savannah River. A pilot can follow paddlers through the shoals, skim the old stone headgates and then chase the towpath as the canal heads toward downtown Augusta. These shots work for outfitters, tourism campaigns, races and wedding venues. The park and canal corridor have their own rules, so we clear the launch spot and timing in advance.
Washington Road in one take
Along Washington Road and Columbia Road, FPV turns an ordinary storefront into a short film: across the lot, through the entrance, past the counter and into the kitchen or service bay. Car dealerships are a natural fit. We flew FPV for a Honda vehicle release, and the same low orbits and tracking passes make a new model on a Martinez lot look like a launch event. Masters-week hospitality houses
Many Martinez homes host corporate guests during tournament week. A single FPV pass from the driveway through the living spaces to the pool shows a hospitality house better than twenty photos. We shoot these weeks ahead. Augusta National is off-limits, and we don't fly near it during the Masters.

The parts of Martinez closest to the Augusta line sit near Daniel Field, and some addresses need FAA authorization before an outdoor flight. We check airspace and file any LAANC or waiver requests. A fully indoor flight needs no FAA authorization, only the owner's permission.

Usually, once the park approves a launch area and a time with few visitors. We plan the line so the aircraft stays clear of people on the towpath.
