Martinez, GA Drone Videographer and Operator
Air Views Media provides drone videography in Martinez, Georgia, from our headquarters in Augusta. Our FAA-certified operators fly aerial and FPV cameras for businesses, homes, river and park events, and productions across Columbia County, with $10M liability standard (optional up to $25M).
Martinez from the air
Martinez's best aerial subject is the water. Savannah Rapids Park sits at the head of the Augusta Canal, where the canal leaves the Savannah River, and a slow drone pull-back from the rapids to the headgates and pavilion is hard to beat for tourism, wedding and event venues. Along Washington Road and Columbia Road, the work is mostly for businesses: storefront reveals, parking-lot-to-lobby FPV moves, and indoor fly-through tours for restaurants, dental and medical offices, and gyms.
Homes, golf and Masters rentals
Martinez neighborhoods sit close to the Augusta city line, which is why many homes here rent during Masters week. We film those properties early so the video is ready when bookings open. We also shoot golf and country club neighborhoods, showing the course frontage and the drive to Washington Road. We don't fly near Augusta National during tournament week.
Airspace in Martinez
Parts of Martinez fall under the controlled airspace around Daniel Field, close to the Augusta border. We check the FAA's LAANC grid for every address and get authorization when it's needed, which near Daniel Field usually comes back fast. Over the river and canal we also check landowner rules, since parks and the canal corridor have their own policies on launching aircraft.

FAQs
Can you film at Savannah Rapids Park?
Usually yes, with the park's permission and a launch spot away from visitors. We check current park rules when we plan the shoot.
Is Martinez in restricted airspace?
Not restricted, but parts of Martinez near Daniel Field are controlled airspace. We get FAA authorization through LAANC before flying.
How quickly can you shoot a listing?
Often within a few days, since we're based in Augusta, depending on weather and authorization.
Do you film indoors?
Yes. Indoor FPV fly-throughs are a single continuous shot through your space; no FAA authorization is needed indoors.
What insurance do you carry?
Our standard policy is $10M liability, with optional coverage up to $25M when a venue, league or network requires it. Certificates naming your venue or production are issued before the shoot.
