Acreage sells from the air. In McDuffie County, the most-requested aerial work is land and farm listings: tracts with timber, pasture, ponds and road frontage, where a ground photo can't show boundaries or scale. We fly a high orbit for context, low passes along fence lines and water, and add optional on-screen boundary and acreage graphics so buyers understand the parcel before they drive out.
