Aiken, SC Drone Videographer and Operator
Air Views Media provides drone videography in Aiken, South Carolina, from our Augusta headquarters about half an hour away. We film horse farms, equestrian events, estates, downtown businesses and productions with FAA-certified pilots and $10M liability standard (optional up to $25M).
Horse country from above
Aiken's identity is the horse: polo, steeplechase, eventing and the farms that support them. Aerial video is the best way to show a horse property's barns, paddocks, arenas, trails and acreage in one sequence, and we fly farm listings and equestrian venues across Aiken County.
With horses there are rules. We fly high and slow near paddocks, keep launch and landing points well away from turnout, and plan with barn managers so the flight doesn't spook animals. That care matters for big race days too, like the Aiken Spring Steeplechase and the Aiken Triple Crown events. For those we film for organizers and sponsors on the course plan they approve, and never over horses in competition.
Downtown Aiken, estates and the Winter Colony
The parkway medians and oaks downtown, the historic Winter Colony homes, and the edges of Hitchcock Woods give Aiken a look found nowhere else. We film estates and inns for listings and hospitality. Inside, a one-take FPV fly-through tour suits inns, restaurants and boutiques.
Airspace near Aiken and the Savannah River Site
Aiken Regional Airport (AIK) sits north of town, and the Savannah River Site has federal flight restrictions to the south. We never fly over or near the site. For every address we check FAA airspace, any special restrictions and NOTAMs, and file LAANC authorization where it applies. Hitchcock Woods and some private land have their own rules on aircraft, so we confirm permission first.
Events and live feeds
For tournaments, races and community events, we can stream a live aerial feed to screens or a stream, the same workflow we use for broadcast clients; see live broadcast drones in Augusta.
Who flies your job
The same crew flies for national clients: live feeds for FOX at the FIFA Fan Festival Atlanta, the Atlanta Braves at Truist Park, Sphere, EDC and three MrBeast videos. Nearby: North Augusta, Augusta drone videography, Augusta FPV drone pilot and Georgia and South Carolina drone services.
